Aero Peek a fantastic feature in Microsoft Windows 7. It allows users to preview windows and switch between them quite easily and quickly. One of the features of Aero Peek is that if you hover your mouse over a minimized window in the taskbar, then it will display the preview of that window within a few seconds. If you want to decrease or increase the amount of time it takes for Aero Peek to show the preview of the window, then is a simple registry tweak that allows you to do that.
Step-1 Open the Window Registry by typing regedit in the search box in the Start menu.
Step-2 Navigate to the Registry hive below:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced

Step-3 In the right panel, look for a DWORD value called DesktopLivePreviewHoverTime. If you can’t find it, then create a new value with the same name. Now double click it to change its value and make sure you have selected Decimal and not Hexadecimal. In the value data field you can enter any value of your choice which will represent the delay in milliseconds before the Aero Peek preview window will be displayed. It is important to note that the value that you enter here will be in milliseconds , which means if you enter 1000 then it will be 1 second, 500 will be half second and 0 will be 0 second delay.
