In case your Send To menu has become too cluttered and you want to delete items from it, then all you need to do is browse to the path %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo using Windows Explorer or simply click on the Windows Orb button and in the search box type shell:sendto. This is the folder where all Send To menu destinations are usually stored. In the right hand side panel, simply delete any option that you do not want. As simple as that!
